Sebamali House of Compassion Orphanage: Update

This past winter the Harbor Seafood and DSA team had the opportunity to visit and tour the Sebamalai House of Compassion Orphanage. During the course of our visit, it was evident that the facility was lacking several basic necessities while the essential amenities that did exist needed to be updated.
The Sebamalai House of Compassion Orphanage is home to young girls who have lost their families to a recent civil war.
Driven by their “people first” philosophy the Harbor Seafood / Direct Seafood Asia team committed to joining their efforts with CM Blue Crab PVT LTD, to give this facility the TLC it so desperately deserved. Through discussions with the women of Sebamalai House of Compassion Orphanage, the team learned exactly what they could do to help. Plans to renovate the building were soon put into place.
We are proud to say as of late October 2018, the renovations have been completed.
