Butterflied tail on shrimp, hand stuffed with our famous gourmet blue crab stuffing “A Miss Sally’s favorite.” Our stuffing is blended together with fresh onions, celery, and red bell peppers. Finally, a seasoned mixture is used to bind the breadcrumbs together, which gives it a unique sweet taste.
