Crab 3 Ways with Nasturium and Quail Egg
Ingredients
- Crab Claw Sauce
- 1 can Claw Crabmeat
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp XO sauce
- Lump Crab Meat
- 1 can Lump Crabmeat
- Super Lump Crab
- 1 cab Super Lump Crab
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt, to taste
Preparation
- Place ingredients into food processor on high until blended thoroughly.
- Toss with crab claw sauce, fold into nasturtium leaf like a taco.
- Toss and plate. Garnish with torched raw or poached quail yolk and ash salt.
