Conch
Sourced from South and Central America, our conch is harvested in the wild, then cleaned and frozen. Although a limited, seasonal item, conch can be a great addition to your customer’s seafood rosters.
We take a tender jalapeño pepper half, hand fill it with our delicious crabmeat stuffing, and then add a thin coat of breading for frying. This finger food is the perfect unique item your menu has been missing!
Serve on sampler platter or as an appetizer.
